Das Abendessen ist serviert
Am Sonntag habe ich am Vienna City Marathon als 16km-Staffelläufer teilgenommen. Soweit war ich unter den gegebenen Umständen gar nicht mal so schlecht mit einem 5min44sec/km Schnitt. Ein wenig unterschätzt habe ich dann eine "Verkühlung" wie ich anfangs dachte. Nachdem ich in einer recht guten Zeit ins Finish gelaufen bin, wars dann aber auch schon vorbei und ich bin heim und hab nur mehr geschlafen den ganzen Tag. Dürfte etwas Grippeartiges haben. Mein "Abendessen" ist bereits serviert...

Istanbul, Turkey - Part 1 of 2
Napoléon Bonaparte once said: "If the whole world was a state, Istanbul would be the capital of it". Well he actually used Constantinople istead of Istanbul :-) So I actually had to visit the capitol of the world and I really liked it! I took about 900 pictures, but don't worry, I already selected the best ones. I couchsurfed again and I had a very nice hostess: Esra. She made my stay even better. This ist part 1 of 2 pages.

As I hosted Özlem last year in Vienna, I planed to visit her. She is a girl from Edirne in Northern Turkey in the border triangle with Greece and Bulgaria. I went there for a day by bus and did a small sightseeing tour and met some friends of Özlem

Zypern wir kommen!
Hallo! Leider bin ich nicht rechzeitig mit der Istanbul fertig geworden, obwohl Text & Bilder schon fertig sind... Aber heute Abend geht schon mein Flugzeug nach Zypern. Fliege mit Iwona und bin diesmal etwas länger unterwegs!

Hosting, Fighting, Dancing, Running
Die letzten Tage hatte ich zwei Amerikaner zu besuch, waren beide sehr "leiwand". War ein wenig trainieren für den Devin-Bratislava lauf bei dem ich heute teilgenommen habe (1h06 für 11,6km - war schon mal besser). Am Freitag habe ich beim Pillowfight day in Wien mitgemacht, das war extrem lustig! Später gings dann zum Eisessen und zu einem Mobile Clubbing bzw. auch Silent Disco im Museumsquartier. Ebenfalls sehr genial! Alles in allem ein extrem cooles Wochenende!! So solls immer sein!
